Requirements
The Role
We are looking for a User Experience (UX) researcher that is highly analytical and experienced in e-commerce. The ‘user’ in this context is a ‘customer’ transaction on a client website. Using data and validation through experimentation your goal is to uncover insights that lead to product improvements and define UX best practices that deliver optimum outcomes for our clients and their customers.
We believe that every customer is different, so we're passionate about matching each customer with the optimal message and design combination. Providing our Machine Learning (ML) with quality, compelling and diverse content is the focus of this role.
As an analyst at heart you’ll be working alongside the client facing team using data to identify opportunities that lead to material value, and ultimately prove them out through experimentation. It provides a great opportunity to own and shape the intersection of Rokt’s technology with the end customer.

Responsibilities
- Uncover customer/user insights and leverage the data to drive enhancements in our products and UX - collaborating with Product teams/colleagues and translating the insights into actionable recommendations for our clients..
- Engage with client-facing teams to understand client use cases, define UX solutions and disseminate best practices
- Define, execute and conclude UX experiments that validate hypothesis/opportunities.
- Provide insightful advice on the customer and performance tradeoffs between various experiences (e.g., pros, cons, expected performance outcomes, etc) using qualitative data and quantitative research
- Build and maintain a library of templates and components that allow flexible and scalable customer/user experiences to be deployed on client sites
- Encourage and facilitate diversity and quality in experiences for Rokt’s ML to determine the optimal experience for each customer
- Communicating UX solutions to client facing team, clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
- An active member of the broader product team, engaged in broader discussion and team building activities
Requirements
- Highly analytical and data driven
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce UX
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a quantitative field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering end user CX/UX, where you have been actively involved in defining the experience for the end user
- Excellent project and time management skills, working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and facilitation skills
- Great team player, positively contributing to the product team and culture
- Comfortable working closely with ECommerce Account Managers and Business Development teams
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, conduct relevant analysis, and evaluate and recommend solutions
