Your role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Merchant Products team. Our team’s focus is on creating new product capabilities and enhancing solutions for how merchant users manage products. You’ll empower our merchant users to deliver high quality products to their customers while reducing the friction and time required for them to achieve this.
Our Product Designers take a product, feature, or experience from ideation to production. This includes defining the problem, designing solutions, prototyping, guiding implementation, and collaborating with other designers, product managers, stakeholders, and engineers.
How you'll power eCommerce:
- Architect scalable solutions with a focus on long term vision as well as short term goals
- Understand user insights, data, and technical limitations or requirements in order to design an informed user experience
- Rapidly ideate, test and iterate in collaboration with team members
- Lead user testing and research projects
- Understand scope and prioritization efforts in order to deliver solutions that match the opportunity
- Present and document design decisions to the team and stakeholders in order to get buy-in and instill confidence
You should have:
- 6+ years experience with end-to-end product design
- Outstanding UX ability, visual design and product thinking for web applications
- Experience applying research, usability tests, and metrics to inform design decisions
- Comfortable with speaking directly to users and business partners
- Competence in relevant design and prototyping tools (we use Figma)
- Strong collaboration and self-management skills
Bonus Points!
- Previous work experience in a B2B and/or B2B2C tech organization
- Experience contributing and maintaining design systems
- An understanding of backend data structures and technical application functionality
