What You Will Do:

• Collaborate and ideate with Editor Director and Social Media Editor visual direction (photo and video)
• Tactically and conceptually help bring creative ideas to life in relevant, strategic, and engaging ways
• Ability to brainstorm and execute relevant multimedia ideas to create engaging content
• Manage editorial visuals budget
• Support production on photo and video shoots
• Oversee photo agencies
• Ability to support creative direction and bring unique beauty centered ideas and point of view to the table
• Fast execution of photo editing (retouching, cropping, compressing assets)

Who You Are:

• 5+ years’ experience as a visuals editor (photo and/or video)
• Outstanding visual eye for elevated photography and videography
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Google Docs, and publishing processes
• Knowledge of related popular culture, trends, and internet memes is a plus
• Deep knowledge in the medical aesthetics space, and expertise in beauty trends. Ability to identify and share relevant exemplars.
• Familiarity with a fast-paced post production environment
• Extreme attention to detail, especially with tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively
• Adaptable in working within a budget
• Ability to a read a data table and charts
• Exceptional technical abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, willing to coordinate/manage own time
