The Role:

As a Digital Technology Specialist at Intersection, you will help operate our existing digital signage network as well as play an integral part in the design and implementation of new digital advertising rollouts.

What you will accomplish:

• Troubleshoot issues with existing equipment including hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with maintaining and updating the digital signage software on the existing installations
• Enhance network monitoring capabilities for current and future installed equipment
• Constant proactive monitoring of digital advertising network for issues.
• Monitor external data feeds to ensure operations
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues
• Report and document software bugs to vendors\management
• Test new digital signage hardware and software
• Create PC images
• Create work orders and dispatch field service personnel for repair work
• Communicate production outages with management and digital group in a timely manner

What we are looking for:

• Strong computer and networking skills
• Microsoft Windows administration experience a plus
• Previous digital signage software experience a plus – e.g. – Coolsign, Dynamax, Scala, etc.
• Previous network operations experience a plus
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Previous AV systems experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with strong customer service orientation
• Ability to deal with concurrent problems and issues effectively
• Ability to work in high-pressure environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• May be asked to provide on-call support
