    • Food, Beverage & Hospitality Programming
      • Own and elevate Bilt's daily food and beverage program, creating an exceptional hospitality experience that's as thoughtful as it is functional.
      • Curate daily offerings that balance convenience with quality, whether it's morning coffee service, grab-and-go snacks, or catered lunches, with an eye toward wellness, variety, and delight.
      • Partner closely with the People & Experience team to program special food-driven events, seasonal offerings, and surprise moments throughout the year.
      • Proactively leverage Bilt's ecosystem of dining, hospitality, and lifestyle partners to deliver exclusive perks and premium culinary experiences to employees and guests-ensuring offerings are always best-in-class and aligned with Bilt's brand.
      • Manage vendor relationships for all food, beverage, and catering needs, ensuring high-quality service and presentation.
    • Vendor & Budget Management
      • Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, including cleaning services, security, repairs, and supplies.
      • Negotiate contracts, review vendor performance, and ensure high standards of service.
      • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking, and reporting.
      • Oversee procurement of office supplies, furnishings, and equipment.
      • Manage and oversee our security team and emergency protocols.
    • Team Leadership & Collaboration
      • Lead and mentor a team responsible for office operations, front-of-house, and facilities.
      • Foster a service-first culture with a solutions-oriented, hands-on approach.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Legal, and Finance teams to anticipate needs and coordinate office projects.
    • Strategic Planning & Project Management
      • Lead office space planning and expansion initiatives as Bilt continues to grow.
      • Manage office projects, renovations, and buildouts with an eye toward both functionality and brand aesthetic.

In terms of qualifications, we're seeking:
  • A natural host, someone who loves to create amazing spaces and experiences for others.
  • A hands-on leader with 8+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, hospitality, or related fields, ideally with experience in NYC commercial spaces.
  • Known for your proactive, can-do attitude and ability to solve problems before they arise.

  • Commuter FSAs - We believe the best ideas come from being together in one place. We just don't think getting there should be so expensive.
  • UNLIMITED PTO - Because we believe that working hard shouldn't mean always working. Take time for yourself as often as you need it.
  • Exclusive Employee only Bilt Points - We give our employees unique opportunities to earn points throughout their time at Bilt.
  • Team Events - We believe in human connection so we hold events to help our employees break from the monotony of the typical work week.

At Bilt Rewards, we believe in transparency and we do our best to make sure the company and our candidates are on the same page as it relates to compensation. In addition to posting salary ranges for our open roles, candidates should expect to be asked about compensation expectations and requirements early on in their interview process. Our goal is to highlight when expectations and Bilt's salary range may be out of sync, and work with the candidate to determine whether it makes sense to continue conversations.
We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.
Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.
The salary range for a Director, Facilities is $100,000 - 140,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
