Our product management team is looking for leaders who are excited about building software that improves cancer care. This job requires a sharp analytical mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for taking on one of the most complex challenges of our time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and rollout of SaaS based products for clinicians and community oncologists.
• Work cooperatively with engineers and product designers to ship new features and new products that improve cancer care across the country.
• Be the voice of our customers; interview clients and advisors, translate user needs into detailed requirements and roadmaps, and effectively become a subject matter expert in the oncology industry.
• Recognize ambiguous or undefined problems as opportunities; be intellectually curious and hungry to learn about new areas.
• Align our business strategy and metrics with our product development efforts
• Foster a culture of product management excellence focused on strong leadership, achieving buy-in from stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading, managing, and developing strong Product Managers
• Experience owning comprehensive, SaaS based roadmaps and projects end-to-end
• Fundamental understanding of the SDLC and experience working closely with engineering teams
• Excellent communicator; ability to drive initiatives across both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent detail orientation and ability to execute.
• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
