PebblePost invented the Programmatic Direct Mail® solution. We use custom graph analysis to transform digital intent signals into personalized, dynamically-rendered tangible media delivered into the home. In only a year, our marketer brands number in the hundreds and see unprecedented results for their programmatic ad spend. Our brands have become our biggest advocates, spreading the word about how PebblePost is converting sales for their businesses.

PebblePost is looking for our first-ever Director Product Marketing to build-out our product marketing function and work closely with our product and marketing teams to guide positioning and enablement of our products and brand solutions from conception to launch and adoption. You will be the founding “dean” of PebblePost University, and lead the charge to develop a world-class product training program that enables our sales and customer success teams to help our brand partners solve marketing challenges faster and in a more effective manner with PebblePost.

As Director Product Marketing, you will work closely with our Business Intelligence, Marketing and Sales teams to expand the PebblePost performance story and assist brands in interpreting the full efficacy of the Programmatic Direct Mail® solution in combination with other digital marketing channels.

 Your Contribution:

  • Develop product positioning and act as primary subject matter expert to Marketing to develop messaging that differentiates PebblePost products in market, and enable our Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver the right match between our products and marketer challenges
  • Develop world-class product enablement curriculum, content, and training programs tailored for use by team members across the organization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously communicate the PebblePost product value proposition in the marketplace, with special emphasis on measuring and interpreting campaign performance
  • Assist planning the launches of new products, releases, and market vertical entries -- including coordinating cross-functional implementation of the plans
  • Work with Product, Customer Success and Marketing on PebblePost product offerings already in-market, to increase usage, ensure best practices are being used, and ensure brand questions are being answered
  • Assist with product branding and naming, and ensure consistency of terminology across the organization
  • Ensure that all relevant teams across the organization are kept informed of Product activity
  • Analyze market research, competitor activity, and data/feedback from Product and Sales to determine brand needs and ensure proper product fit from PebblePost
  • Contribute to the understanding and enhancement of the product marketing function at PebblePost by participating in group events, developing and sharing knowledge, and helping to cultivate a continuous learning and supportive positive culture

You Possess:

  • 7 years’ experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing within adtech or martech
  • Deep understanding of adtech or martech, data, media and programmatic industries
  • Demonstrated success in product enablement, coordinating new product launches, and end-to-end execution of product marketing strategies
  • Must be able to translate complex concepts into benefits-driven documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product marketing strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and extremely proficient at developing relationships across diverse teams (including product, engineering, customer success, sales and marketing)
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
