Job Description
As our new Account Developer, you'll focus on driving growth for our new and existing customers. With a focus on retention and reengagement, you'll manage a book of clients that need more guidance to reach their full potential on the Attune platform.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with our new and existing brokers to understand what they need to be successful on our platform
- Work with our Analytics and Product teams to create and drive utilization and monitoring of sales and service dashboards that will improve conversion rates.
- Act as subject matter expert for Attune products, technology platform and services while staying on top of industry and competitor trends.
- Stay on top of revenue specific goals and upsell growth opportunities
Qualifications
- You have 2-3 years in a client management or revenue focused role, with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Proven track record of fostering, growing and managing client relationships.
- You have a data-driven approach to understanding and optimizing the user experience.
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels within an organization
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Sales experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- You may be required to travel regularly throughout the United States to onboard and visit client offices.
