About the Role

In this role, you'll build engaging, performant, and powerful functionality on top of our Android app.

What you'll do

• Work on key new features using a modern Android development stack including Kotlin.
• Collaborate with the team to port old React Native features into native Android code.
• Leverage our GraphQL and websocket APIs to provide a seamless user experience.
• Occasionally contribute to our React site, our node backend, or our infrastructure.

Who you are

• You have at least 2 years+ of experience with Android, or a 3+ years of experience with React Native.
• A hard-working engineer eager to develop your skill set.
• You prize reliability, simplicity, performance and robustness.
• You communicate clearly and listen well.
• You are a self-starter and comfortable taking on a variety of roles.
