One Step (funded by Techstars, the best global startup accelerator) provides B2B software to the addiction and rehab industry. We are growing at a fast pace, and are looking to hire a back end developer to help build out our web app.

One Step's mission is to bring transparency and outcomes data to the addiction industry. The current relapse rate is 90% - let's fix this statistic together.

Primary responsibilities: 
Implement new features based on client feedback.
Testing and de-bugging.
Collaborate with the other full stack developers on the team.

Minimum Requirements: 
Proficient in Rails.
Experience with React Native is Preferred.
Knowledgeable about new technologies, open source frameworks and commonly used design patterns.
