Your Role
We could spend paragraphs talking about coding requirements, algorithms, and data structures, but you know that already. There are plenty of companies in NYC where you can program all day every day—this is more than just Jira tickets and GitHub code reviews. Come take ownership as you deliver something that people truly need. As a software engineer at Summer, you'll be an integral part of every aspect of the company—not just the code base but also in the product and the company culture.
Recommended Experience
We are seeking an experienced software engineer with 4+ years of back-end application, data, and platform experience. We will be evaluating your track record of building and maintaining code in a production environment, as well as your experience architecting data models and scaling products at a software company. If you have 4+ years of relevant experience and are excited about fintech innovation at a company that’s breaking down barriers to higher education, we’d love to chat!
