As a Celonis Solution Engineering Director for BPO Practice, you will work at the forefront of the digital transformation across all industries as we bring the Celonis technology powered by process mining to new organizations. You will work hand in hand with the Celonis BPO Practice Leader and Celonis sales teams in NA region in the analysis, strategic solution design, and closing of new business. You will interact with C-level executives to align our solution with the organization’s strategic goals and solve their most important challenges. You deliver proof of concept projects and bring our technology to life on the prospects’ own data to show the business value of the Celonis solution.
YOU HAVE...
- Solution design expertise with top tier BPO firms for driving pre-sales and solutioning for multi-tower large BPO deals, experience creating/responding to RFI/RFP / Orals proposals.
- Multi-geo service delivery experience across both horizontal and vertical BPO processes such as PTP, OTC, Q2C, RTR (record to report), ITSM (ticket requests), HR, Customer Service etc.
- Technology experience- Major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, RPA Platforms, and/or AI-based solutions. CHANGE TO: Experience working with complex ERP environments
- Thought leadership - Bringing it all together on solution elements and creating a winnable story
- Industry insight - benchmarks, trends and knowledge of where the BPO industry is going
- Driving synergies & collaboration - Internal& partner- Delivery, technology, industry vertical-rephrase
- Commercial awareness, hands on commercial input, competitive positioning
- Global experience and global solution models – NA, Pan European, Nordics, APAC exposure rephrase to: Experience with Global solution models
- Experience advising clients and delivering solutions for transforming (digitizing) their customer experiences, employee experiences, operational environments, and product & services.
YOU WILL...
- Lead Celonis solution design and pre-sales for large (Global, Multi-tower) BPO outsourcing deals.
- Ability to bring together all elements of Celonis BPO solution including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes, commercials and pricing – for both Celonis BPO Partnerships and direct BPO clients.
- Responsible for crafting bid responses in RFPs, prepare bid defense orals decks, engage prospective customer / partner leadership, lead workshops and presentations.
- Lead Celonis BPO consulting opportunities – Operating model design, transformation.
- Hands-on design and recommendation on Celonis-led Digital stack BPO solutions such as top RPA platforms, Digital tools, process optimization frameworks, Cognitive / AI solutions for Celonis bundling.
- Responsible for end-to-end bid life cycle from RFI / POCs through RFP phase of deal cycle.
- Ability to bring together all elements of Celonis BPO solution including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes, commercials and pricing – for both Celonis BPO Partnerships and direct BPO clients.
- Lead Celonis solution dialog with both BPO partner models and direct customers that are leveraging pure Captive Shared Service models or hybrid approach.
- Collaborate with Celonis Account Executives and Solution Engineering teams to lead bid process and overall solution development.
- Develop industry leading Celonis growth models for BPO sector, industry research and ongoing improvements for Celonis.
