The Opportunity
As the Business Process Engineering Manager - Employee Experience, you will be an essential partner to our internal business stakeholders. You will build and maintain an ecosystem of external technical applications and vendors to support our Customer Success team. You will work closely with leadership to increase operational efficiency, drive revenue, and improve customer satisfaction by enhancing our technical capabilities and business process management.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- Build and maintain complex workflows and triggers in HubSpot CRM and ZenDesk
- Integrate HubSpot CRM with external vendors, primarily through HubSpot’s App Marketplace
- Translate business requirements into customized solutions using HubSpot and a variety of other marketing tools
- Build and maintain datasets, reporting, and analysis related to sales and customer success
- Maintain internal documentation of work products
- Deliver timely and effective technical assistance and troubleshooting when issues arisePerform data cleansing, uploads, and exports
Why We'll Love You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience as a HubSpot administrator
- Expert in HubSpot’s App Marketplace - native third party integrations
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in a wide variety of Excel formulas and nesting
Bonus Points
- Proficiency in ZenDesk’s triggers, integrations, and reporting; designing and building IVR phone systems, Zapier, HTML
