The CPQ Administrator supports the Amplify Salesforce platform and related systems. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CPQ platform. They will work closely with business partners, development teams, and technical resources to make sure the platform meets the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Solve product rules and pricing issues
  • Configure complex bundles and product rules
  • Configure page layouts and permissions
  • Manage and set up the CPQ advanced approval process
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleanup on objects and attributes
  • Partner with the application development team to translate business requirements into solutions that reinforce standard methodologies within CPQ/Salesforce
  • Manage and track SFDC system/application
  • Keep up to date with the latest releases and capabilities of CPQ
  • Creates user-specific documents and support materials
  • Build upon existing amendment and contract process


Basic Requirements:

  • Certified Configure Price Quoting Specialist
  • 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce CPQ
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in Agile development environments required
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to debug and test user issues within the CPQ environment
  • Experience with building automation and configuration based solutions


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with CPQ Quote Calculator Plugin
  • Salesforce administration experience and/or certifications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and custom Force.com application building
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communicator with strong partner management skills
  • Capable of working with a mix of in person, remote and offshore team members
  • Ability to work across several lines of business to achieve long term organizational goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a wide audience: IT, development, product management, operations, account support, vendors/partners, customers, and management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present non-technical details to a technical audience
  • Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides), Slack, Trello, and other business tools software as needed (GG)


What we offer:\n\nSalary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
