Customer Success Engineer Overview

MANTL is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to help shape the future of banking technology.

Who You Are: 

You have a deep understanding of Javascript, SQL, and the way that web applications work. Your ability to debug, come up with elegant solutions, and solve problems is second to none. You are driven by a passion for end user experience and helping your team to perform at the highest level. This is a huge opportunity for the right person to join a fast growing series A start-up and shape what customer service engineering is going to look like for years to come. 

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years professional engineering experience
  • Excellent investigative and debugging ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong in Javascript 
  • Strong in SQL
  • Strong with spreadsheet software

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience leading customer service engineering teams
  • Experience with React
  • FinTech experience
  • Experience working in an AGILE/SCRUM environment
  • Experience working at a small start-up

MANTL is located in NoMad, Manhattan within walking distance of some of NYC's best restaurants, bars, and shopping! The office is easy to get to with various train and bus stops being close by.
