SKILLS:
- 2+ years of experience in a Devops fast paced environment
- Experience with automation/configuration management and infrastructure provisioning (Packer/Terraform/Chef)
- Comfortable with administration and management of Linux and Windows
- Understanding of code and scripting (Python/Ruby/Powershell)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Must be familiar with open source and/or commercial monitoring systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance and work with tools to streamline deployment, management and monitoring of Catchpoint services and systems
- Support and enhance automation and management of Catchpoint cloud presence (AWS/Azure/Google/Aliyun)
- Actively contribute to projects for monitoring, service availability and automation
- Collaborate with Engineering on projects related to code release and deployment
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, good documentation
- Oncall support
