What You Will Do:

  • Proven track record to grow a multi-functional and diverse team of engineers, designers, product managers and data scientists
  • Lead 6-week time-boxed product-cycles, with an emphasis on continuously delivering value to our customers 
  • Responsible for scoping, shaping and prioritizing work
  • Create a culture of psychological safety, continuous improvement and quality at-scale
  • Be a strong advocate/champion of their career progression within the organization
  • Be the face of one of our Product/Engineering Squads with ownership of an entire business objective
  • Set and manage team and individual OKRs and professional growth ladders

What You Should Have

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
  • Familiarity working building consumer facing applications or APIs
  • Previous experience with roadmap planning and prioritization, managing technical debt, distributing work amongst engineers, and owning a lean development process

Our office is located in the beautiful Flatiron neighborhood of New York City and is half a block from Madison Square Park!
