You will be employee number 1. You will work directly with the CTO and CEO, have a pivotal role in shaping our company and culture,  and make a lasting impact on this industry. 

As we prepare for global launch, we are developing a web based screening platform on top of our scalable, cloud-based infrastructure, mature data pipeline, and comprehensive data set. To achieve our goals and desired level of excellence we are looking for a full stack engineer with expertise in web-based applications and UX who can contribute significantly to the user-experience of our products. 

You will:

• Lead development and design of our user-experience.
• Develop our underlying APIs and services.
• Build out a workflow for our screening platform.
• Develop reporting tools with data driven insights.
• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
• Debug production issues across services at multiple levels of the stack.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience developing modern web applications.
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals.
• Expertise with Javascript based application frameworks such as React.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies.
• Interest in working on different levels of our stack.
• Skills to uphold best engineering practices as they pertain to security, design, user and developer experiences.
• Pride in their work.
• 4+ years of professional programming experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience with web technologies.
