Clark is the first data-driven platform for out-of-school educators. We build flexible tools to help tutoring centers offload administrative tasks and empower them to focus on what they do best: produce great student outcomes. About You

You want to build great tools for great tutors. In past roles, you've collaborated with diverse teams to craft and extend features on scalable web applications, and you've cut your teeth improving the underlying project architectures. You care about app performance and user experience. You strive to ship production code daily with a team that cares about what they’re building, how they’re building it, and why it matters.

As a core member of the Clark Engineering team, you will participate in every step of the product development process, from interviewing users to shipping the final patch. Engineers at Clark work with ownership and autonomy — we’ve designed our team processes to empower you to do your best work, and to provide consistent support and transparency across the organization. We do daily standups, weekly Engineering roundtables, and monthly retrospectives with the full Clark team. Lastly, we are Open Source First, so you’ll be part of sharing Clark’s team culture with the OSS community.
