We are looking for an exceptional full stack engineer to be an integral part of our development team, who is passionate about infrastructure, addicted to new technologies, and wants to build a scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant aspects of the Hunterz platform development.

• Deliver high quality code on time based on the team's overall code.

• Be a technical leader and valued contributor in an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.

• Architect, develop, and operate services deployed to Hunterz users.

• Work closely with Product Management to manage and prioritize projects and requirements, balancing short-term and long-term needs effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development.

• Experience in any of the following: NodeJS, Ruby, Python, React/Redux

• Database technologies like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis

• AWS knowledge – major plus

• Experience with development using a micro-service architecture approach

  • ​Experience developing applications using containers

  • Experience in development tools such as git, JIRA

• ​Ability to work in a fast startup environment while wearing many hats

• Passion for delivering products end-to-end, from ideation through planning and scoping, to implementation and experimental A/B testing

• Experience or desire to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with design, product, data science, and research

• Independent, dedicated, and able to deliver high quality code on time

• BSc or Masters in Computer Science or relevant work experience

• UX/UI experience is a plus

• Marketplace industry experience preferred
