Mulberry is hiring for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build a modern platform transforming how insurance is priced and offered at the point of sale. As a Full-Stack Engineer at Mulberry, you will be working with a close-knit team with deep experience building financial products for e-commerce.

What You'll Do

  • Build out our next generation of partner, customer and internal reporting dashboards
  • Design, build and maintain the API's that power the Mulberry platform
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to define requirements/specifications
  • Participate in scoping work, estimation and project planning
  • Improve engineering practices, documentation

What We're Seeking

  • 4+ years experience working on software development teams 
  • Python, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS 
  • Flask or Django framework, React or Vue, Webpack
  • Relational database design, SQL, ORMs/SQLAlchemy 
  • CSS Preprocessors (Styled Components, CSS in JS, SCSS) 
  • Exceptional debugging skills 
  • Effective communicator, team player 
  • Git workflow 
  • Unit and Integration testing 
  • Agile workflow 
  • Ability to develop products across the stack, without a framework
