How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

We are looking for a product-minded Fullstack Engineer to collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to provide a good understanding of tradeoffs and product impacts while building applications for the Collibra Everywhere team.

The Collibra Everywhere team is responsible for multiple applications focused on increasing the adoption of data consumption across our clients’ organizations.

A day in the life of a Fullstack Engineer at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Researching and understanding data-oriented products
  • Contributing to team best-practices (i.e. coding, design patterns, processes) and helping to execute them
  • Proposing and implementing fullstack architecture changes
  • Focusing on solving problems
  • Working closely with:
    • Product Managers to prepare user stories, roadmap, and define product strategy
    • Developers to deliver a high-quality product
    • UX to ensure a visually-appealing and easy-to-use product

You Have:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience writing high-quality software
  • Strong experience in Python
  • Knowledge in NodeJS and React (Javascript / Typescript)
  • Experience with database architecture and data modeling
  • Comfort working fully in English - we're a global team, and it's the language we share! 

Preferred: 

  • Expertise in Pandas
  • A Product-Minded Software Engineer mindset
