Implementation Manager
We’re looking for an organized, experienced implementation manager to join our team and work closely with our Head of Payroll Operations. As an early implementation hire, you will be performing live payroll implementations on our platform from the start. These implementations include reviewing and refining processes internally, as well as sharing insights with our partners. In this role, you will support new account setups for all current and future customers. The ability to scale our processes and our team will be the key to success.
We are looking for an implementation manager with a growth mindset and a minimum of 5 years of payroll and implementation experience for this position. Prior exposure to a fast-moving payroll SaaS environment is ideal. Comfort with scaling processes and an ability to adapt will also be critical as our partners ramp up implementations.
In this role, you will:
- Work with our partners’ teams to deliver flawless company onboarding and payroll implementations as they scale
- Support external partners as they ramp up their teams, including performing training on processes and tools
- Help identify gaps in the implementation process
- Partner with other leaders to build and execute against roadmaps
- Recruit, coach, and develop implementation team members that exemplify our shared values
- Contribute to payroll-wide initiatives
Many backgrounds could fit this role, but ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of payroll implementation experience
- Hands-on experience scaling critical initiatives
- Training experience is a plus
- Thrived in highly cross-functional organizations
- Customer focus and excellent communication skills
Our team is distributed across the US, with hubs in New York City, San Francisco, and Atlanta.
