About the Role

The Integration Developer will support day-to-day operations and new projects for API and enterprise integration. WeWork is a very dynamic environment that is rapidly growing and expanding into new regions, so the ability to build creative scalable solutions that are reusable, system agnostic, and global are critical to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate has experience building APIs across a broad range of platforms and will be experienced in the enterprise integration ecosystem. The candidate will be able to implement robust solutions.

The candidate must also be analytical and adept at working in a team environment. The ability to prioritize multiple projects and effectively partner with stakeholders to drive the business towards a better future is key.

Responsibilities

• Build new and support existing systems integrations with API layer that are scalable and global at the core
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams - with emphasis on sustainable long term solutions
• Record operational runbooks and design documentation for key stakeholders and end users
• Support long term migration away from point to point integrations toward API access layer
• Understand and follow company practices and policies surrounding data governance, security, and end to end development lifecycle
• Crafts strategies for data integration process by developing data definitions, developing a standard system that all team members use, looking for areas with optimization potential, integrating the most effective tools and setting deadlines
• Specification, execution, and reporting of unit tests as part of the Maven build cycle.
• Create GIT hub repository.  Push Maven artifacts to GitHub repository

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or Applied Mathematics is required
• 4+ years of practical Enterprise Integration and Web Service development experience
• Working knowledge of XML transformation languages and associated web service calls (SOAP/ REST) is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across the development life cycle: analysis, design, development and testing, implementation, documentation, and evaluation
• Workday + Mule4 + Java exposure a plus
• Functional financial exposure a plus
