Artivest is seeking an Integrations Specialist to work on enabling our platform applications to seamlessly fit into our clients' workflows. You will be responsible for the architecture, design, and governance of integration solutions. In this role, you will apply engineering skills to design, build and deploy custom integrations with leading financial sector clients and service providers. Our technology stack: front-end — AngularJS moving to ReactJS; back-end — Python and Django. We develop code in a fast-paced and iterative environment, using agile to quickly pivot to the needs of our clients. You will work on a product that empowers investors and advisors to evaluate alternative investment opportunities, subscribe to new investments, and monitor performance through a simple, intuitive interface. Our team is delivering solutions that introduce efficiency and transparency to an operationally-intensive industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop generic integrations with standardized systems (CRMs and accounting)
• Work with financial sector clients and service providers to build custom integrations for the Artivest platform
• Develop and manage a scalable data framework to support these integrations
• Build and refine our external facing APIs & ETL frameworks
• Define data schemas and build mappings for cross systems data
• Build and support our single sign-on architecture for current & future integrations
• On-site travel to clients to better understand integrations needs and appropriate solutions
• Provide large project planning/design and communication to all levels of management, both internal and external

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in integration architecture
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• A diligent developer with a strong sense of craftsmanship and an eye for fine details
• Enjoy the challenge of integrating vastly different systems
• Passionate about data and a curious learner who wants to stay out front in the development world
• Developed REST APIs
• Utilized external APIs and performed system integrations
• Built scripts / applications to import / export data from legacy systems
• Strong Python, Django a plus
• Comfortable with command line
• Git or Mercurial
• Cron jobs, Celery or other scheduling systems
