As a Junior React Software Engineer you will working alongside our engineering and product team to unify the Domio brand, cultivate Domio's booking and guest in-home experience, and consolidate our operational systems. You will join a fast-paced, high-growth team and be supported with mentorship and guidance as you build the platform that powers the next generation of alternative lodging at Domio.

At Domio You Will:

• Work closely with the engineering and product team to build and drive user happiness and retention and build core internal tooling
• Have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a talented engineering team
• Help build our platform from the ground up with an emphasis on scale and design
• Work on-site alongside the Domio team in a collaborative positive environment at our HQ a block from Union Square
• Grow as an engineer by pushing forward best practices and moving our culture forward

Who You Are:

• You're a software engineer with a CS or equivalent degree, or 1+ years of industry experience designing and building production ready applications
• You have experience with React/Redux, JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3, and Node
• You have a startup mentality of getting things done, you're a self-starter, staying flexible to changes, and have a positive attitude toward building a world-class company from scratch
• Ability and desire to work with our team and help define and shape the engineering culture for the better
• Growth mindset, ready to take on new challenges and grow as an engineer
