Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer at our New York, New York location. Responsibilities: Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, and package, test, configure, and deploy software. Plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience.
Work Experience:
One (1) year of experience must include: HTML; JavaScript; Restful and SOAP-based web services, including JSON and XML; Unit testing frameworks; SQL Data Store, including Oracle, MySQL or MSSQL; Agile; RESTful and Webservices development; Test-driven software development; Networking protocols, including HTTP/HTTPS; and Object-oriented programming.
