Job Title: Lead Application Developer
Location: Florham Park, NJ
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer at our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities: Architect, analyze, design, develop, and implement responsive user interfaces. Plan, execute, and deliver software deliverables. Work with software products to define, implement, and improve user experience. Contribute to day-to-day task management and sprint planning, working with software product and stakeholders, participating in design sessions to ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines. Perform heads-down development, work on technical integrations with backend APIs, and write automated tests to assure top-quality software deliverables on-time. Perform code reviews, design and implement test and use cases, and implement software automation.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience.
