As our Lead Frontend Engineer, you will synthesize product requirements and lead implementation. You will challenge and guide our team to deliver an unparalleled UX, utilizing lessons learned from your experience architecting products and making wise tooling choices. Your passion for design and users, will combine to deliver innovative experiences and drive the development of the Clear Street platform. You will build elegance in simplicity and beautiful functionality.
Lead Frontend Engineer Characteristics:
- You have a mastery of Javascript/React/Redux, and live to get your code into production
- Your teams produce high quality code and do things the right way
- You care deeply about developing your team through a hands-on approach, passion for users, and technical leadership.
- You sweat the small stuff, and it shows in your UX and design choices
- You take pride in delivering complex layouts in CSS and HTML
- You build, debug, and test complex systems in a team environment
- You enjoy learning, exploring new frameworks, component libraries, and tools. You invest in yourself
