WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and develop high volume applications with the latest Java technologies
• Ensure solutions are in line with compliance, specifications, and customer requirements
• Effectively manage a team of developers to ensure deadlines are met and successful project delivery
• Participate in sprint planning and estimation, breaking down user stories into pieces as needed
• Participate in peer level code reviews
• Proactively identify issues and collaborate with team to solve them
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Enablement, and Design teams to assist with technical issues and project delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience with Java Development
• Strong communicator with the desire to lead projects and motivate people
• Advanced knowledge of the full engineering process and be fully committed to successful project delivery
• A problem solver with natural desire to work with different technologies and develop a high-functioning team
