WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead a group of fellow problem solvers to support the design and implementation of web applications/user interfaces
  • Serve as a technical expert and thought leader within the organization to help deliver innovative and delightful experiences to our customers and associates
  • Write well designed, testable, quality code following clean code principles
  • Ensure designs meet specific customer and compliance requirements
  • Participate in sprint planning and estimation, breaking down user stories into pieces as needed
  • Work with the customer, delivery/project managers, UI designers, backend developers, test engineers to confirm user interface integrity
  • Analyze business requirements and be an active participant in the various stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including technical design, solution development, system configuration, test documentation, execution, and ongoing issue identification and resolution
  • Observe the quality rules during the project and supply the QA Leader with upcoming ideas
  • Further your knowledge and enthusiasm of software engineering techniques by participating in trainings, certifications, and engaging with your peers


REQUIREMENTS

  • BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in a senior or lead developer role designing solutions with one or more of the following
    • ReactJS, React with Flux, or Redux
    • AngularJS
    • RxJS
    • Core JavaScript
    • Virtual or Real DOMs
    • MVC, MVP, or MVVM Design Patterns
    • CSS, HTML, Responsive and Adaptive Web Design
    • RESTful API
    • CI and CD within the SDLC
    • Unit Testing
  • Experience with cross-platform browser interfaces and compatibility issues
  • Solid understanding of the clean code concept and committed to the use of engineering practices (such as test driven-development) that support rapid delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively across a global organization, by building relationships and trust with a team, but also working independently as needed

ADDITIONAL
