The primary reason is cost: the majority of therapists do not accept insurance, meaning paying for therapy is prohibitively expensive for prospective patients. Headway is growing fast, and we’re looking for our first Lead Salesforce Administrator! In this role, you’ll be enabling our continued rapid growth and ability to achieve our mission to remake the American mental healthcare system by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of teams across sales, credentialing (insurance enrollment), and many other parts of Headway.
You will:
- Work cross-functionally across multiple teams at Headway to define, prioritize, plan, and execute complex Salesforce projects
- Coordinate our enablement stack across Salesforce, Gong, Hightouch, Calendly and other tooling to optimize efficiency and data visibility
- Facilitate the efficient use of Salesforce across our teams by creating new fields and workflows
- Partner closely with Sales Operations to enable Headway’s continued efficient growth
