In your role as a Lead Solution Architect at BCG Digital Ventures, you will:

• Apply your knowledge of modern JavaScript Frameworks, Cloud, Big Data, and mobile platforms to build cutting edge software products
• Drive analysis of how business requirements can be technically implemented
• Function as a key contact point between business and technical teams
• Design complex bespoke solutions that require creative investigations and evaluations of alternative architectural solutions
• Apply industry best practices and design patterns to create scalable and secure solutions that have superior technical performance
• Develop system implementation plans/processes
• Drive the implementation of key processes related to digital businesses

Desired experience for this role:

• 2+ Years of Solution Architecture designing software
• 10+ Years of hands on professional software engineering using Java and related tools like
• Designing Big Data and Fast Data solutions (i.e.: real time streaming) with tools like Hadoop and Spark
• Strong knowledge of Cloud based solutions, particularly AWS and their different tools
• JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, and Node.js
• NoSQL and RDBMS experience with tools like MySQL and MongoDB
• Highly scalable systems design
• Impressive presentation skills for meetings with clients and executives

Bonus skills:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience on Data Science projects like recommendation systems, personalization, collaborative filtering and content based filtering, NLP, Deep Learning, etc.
• Production experience with container services like Docker
