This Role

We’re looking for a founding Solution Engineer to build out the B2B client integration architecture & implementation process for our rapidly growing company. This is an opportunity to join an innovative startup as an early member of the B2B team, where you’ll play a critical role in defining our go-to-market strategy, sales process, and client management playbook.

What You'll Do:

• Report directly to VP, Financial Institutions & Wealth and work closely with BD team and prospects as primary technical integration architect, leading technical discovery and solution design in the sales process.
• Design and implement a solution engineering framework into our current B2B sales process across enterprise & mid-market.
• Coordinate across BD, product, and engineering to lead the implementation of innovative client solutions.
• Act as the technical voice of the client in delivering feedback that shapes Atom's product strategy & roadmap.
• Assist in the continued development of the B2B strategy & organization as the business grows.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years experience in an enterprise solution engineering role, preferably for a financial technology company
• 6+ years experience in the technology or finance industries in an enterprise sales or a technical role
• Experience leading a solution engineering function preferred, particularly for a high-growth B2B company
• Deep technical knowledge of systems, API and data architecture
• Understanding of financial services industry, particularly brokerage & investment
• Knack for distilling complex technical products & processes into simple, digestible concepts
• Understanding of enterprise sales processes & methodology
• Passion for solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions
