Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, lead UI test engineer to help build best in class testing capabilities. We are looking for someone with extensive experience building best in class, modern UI testing capabilities. A great candidate will have experience with many tools in the UI testing ecosystem – including selenium, visual regression tools, storybook, cypress, and more. We want to pair our modern front end with best in class UI testing infrastructure. Work across several highly engaged software engineering scrum teams continuously raising the quality bar. Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class testing infrastructure used across several engineering teams
• Lead development teams shaping UI testing strategy and best practices - helping delivery the highest quality products
• Prioritize efforts across many different solutions
• Spearhead POC’s on the latest technologies and help Lifion by ADP move even faster
• Choose the right tool for the right job

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working on UI testing
• Working knowledge of modern UI testing frameworks and tools
• Modern JavaScript experience
• Strong attention to detail and drive for quality
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or in lieu of degree, 4+ years of relevant work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, Node.js, and Typescript
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and automation testing (Selenium, etc.)
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration & Delivery methodologies
