The MobileDeveloper will be a .NET resource, helping on the development of the Suzy platform. The Back End Developer will work closely with product leadership and the development team in order to build out features, handle bugs and create documentation.

The primary focus for this development resource will be supporting and extending the features for Suzy’s iOS and Android native mobile apps. These apps arebuilt using the Xamarin Native. As a result, Mobile Developershould have a strong background in .Net/C#, but should also have some basic knowledge of Java and Objective C, so that they can interact withnative code when needed. 

Core Responsibilities:

· Working closely with the Technical Architect on creating features and handling defects

· Driving development of the Suzy iOS and Android apps in Xamarin

Candidates Should Demonstrate:

· Abstract reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

· A desire to continuously improve technical skills

· An ability to work well with a team

Knowledge/Experience Expected:

· .NET 4.0

· Async Framework

· Multi-Threading

· A solid understanding of OOP principles

· Writing technical specifications and documentation

· Experienced in flow charts, data flow diagrams and logical flow diagrams

· Agile development methodologies

Skills Required

· .NET

· Xamarin Native (not Forms)

· ViewModel/MvvM

· Web/REST Services

· Knowledge of IOS Coding Patterns (ViewControllers, Views, Present,etc)

· Understanding of Android patterns (Activities, Fragments, Services, etc)

· Excellent understanding of .NET memory and performance considerations.

· Comfortable with code-sharing patterns across multiple platforms. (PCL, Conditionals, etc)

· Animation experience a plus (CATransaction,ObjectAnimator, etc)
