Job Description
The ideal candidate must have experience supporting Office 365 services, such as Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, AzureAD, SharePoint Online and OneDrive. He/she must also have proficiency in PowerShell, automation, and optimization of client computing environment
The ideal candidate will identify improvement opportunities, interact with management, developers, help desk staff and end users and periodically interacts with third party vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune and OneDrive
- Messaging and productivity tools, including Microsoft Exchange 2016/Exchange Online support in a hybrid environment
- Learn and understand business functions and requirements
- Envision how O365 technologies can be implemented to solve complex business problems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage collaboration technologies to solve business problems and increase overall productivity
- Provide expert/Lead level Tier 3 technical support services for issues elevated from Operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot availability interruptions and other production issues
- Train and mentor staff as a key contributor to the overall technical development of the team
- Write documentation, including project plans, installation procedures, troubleshooting tips. Create diagrams, including technical topology
- Review numerous IT knowledge repositories to update technical knowledge
- Thoroughly understand and comply with IT & Information Security policies and procedures
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an Enterprise environment – particularly Exchange Online in a hybrid setup along with Teams/Intune/OneDrive and SharePoint Online
- O365 Security & Compliance Experience – working with Azure Information Protection policies and labels, Conditional Access Policies, PIM
- Azure Active Directory/Intune Experience
- In depth understanding of the Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory management and O365 platforms
- Experience in integration with Azure cloud platform (WVD/Autopilot/PowerApps)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing O365/Azure tenant, subscriptions.
- Minimum 5 years’ supporting hybrid messaging and collaboration environments.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell
- Ability to research and recommend innovative and where possible, automated approaches for systems administration and IT related tasks
- Demonstrated focus on team development and on-time project/solutions delivery
- Proven track record in adaptability, teamwork, problem solving, coaching, influence, strategic thinking, results orientation, leadership and change management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major
