JOB SUMMARY

CaseWorthy, Inc. is a leading Software provider for the Health and Human Social Services Market. We continuously improve our best-in-class product to provide the best solution possible for our nonprofit customers. 

We are looking for a Principle Software Engineer to join our Development team. They will support the assessment, evaluation, and development of new framework and technologies. The Principle Software Engineer will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer.    

JOB DUTIES

• Evaluate and assess frameworks and technologies to support product innovation and enhancement strategy.
• Work closely with the CTO on the development of solutions and new cloud-based SaaS technologies.
• Review components of existing applications and determine transformation and migration strategy to new technologies.
• Work with the Product Team on developing solutions to support future functionality and product road map.
• Mentor and lead a team of developers to support implementation of new solutions and proof of concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years working on enterprise-level .Net C# application architectures
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field
• Local New York area candidates only, relocation assistance not provided

• Designing N-Tier applications, MVC and other design patterns
• WebAPI and Web Services, Messaging, XML, SOAP, JSON
• Serverless application technology – Azure Functions
• Designing systems that adhere to security best practices
• MS SQL design and administration
• HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Web design – CSS, Less, Bootstrap
• Distributed source control – Git or TFS, Azure DevOps and plus
