The Opportunity

As a Production Support Engineer, you will be an essential element to the successful execution of our mission. As an early member of the Support Services Team which supports our external and internal customers by triaging, communicating about, and resolving production issues, you will have an impactful role and an opportunity to shape the future of the team.

What You Will Do

• Respond to incoming support requests
• Troubleshoot and investigate issues that are raised to determine root cause
• Develop solutions to issues that are identified throughout the system
• Communicate with other engineers and technical teams about issues
• Communicate with internal and external customers about issues
• Contribute to product development

Personal Competencies

• Highly analytical mindset and approach to problem solving
• Ability to deconstruct complex systems into logical components
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to compartmentalize, and multitask

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in some combination of Node, Javascript, TypeScript
• Experience with relational databases
• Experienced with REST and GraphQL
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
