Vimeo OTT grows thriving video businesses for video creators, from small content creators to major media partners. As the Support QA Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of product testing and quality assurance for our Product & Engineering and Support teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help Support team validate and understand issues, especially across our suite of Mobile and Connected TV apps.
- Define and document a test and release process (with our engineering team), to deliver high-quality, iterative features.
- Test features and bug fixes, and clearly report issues, especially for releases that affect our suite of apps.
- Join an agile product team.
WHAT WE’RE EXPECTING:
- You have experience testing mobile and Smart TV apps for a software/tech company.
- You are skilled at cross-platform and cross-browser testing, covering business, design, and engineering requirements.
- You have a comprehension of various types of testing, including Exploratory, Context-Driven, and Regression Testing.
- You communicate and collaborate well with all members of an agile product development team, including customer support.
- You are proficient in web technologies, including browsers, responsive web, html/css, and dev tools.
