Our Engineering team is at the forefront of this challenge, solving complex technical and UX problems on our mobile apps that center around habits, behavior, and lifestyle, and doing so with a focus on quality and usability.
We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our Engineering team and work with our Director of QA to monitor and improve quality across all of our products, both internal and external, used by hundreds of coaches and hundreds of thousands of users every day. As QA Analyst, you’ll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure that key features and product changes are built to spec and thoroughly tested before we release them to our coaches and users. You’ll also work on improving post-launch quality by digging into bug reports and helping to ensure that we focus our attention on the highest-impact issues affecting our users.

What We’re Looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience testing web apps, mobile apps, and/or backend systems
- Ability to create and execute thorough, detailed test plans from product and technical specifications
- Ability and willingness to own and advocate for quality of one or more products in the Noom product landscape
- Interest in digging into user reports to assess and prioritize post-launch technical issues
- Familiarity with the basics of relational databases and comfort with writing and executing SQL queries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile SCRUM, start-up environment
You get extra bonus points for:
- Experience with Selenium Webdriver, XCUITest, Espresso, or other UI testing tools
- Experience with shell scripting, Python, or other scripting/programming languages
- Understanding of continuous integration and associated tools and processes (AppCenter, Bitrise, Jenkins, Codecov or any other CI/CD/code coverage tools)
