QA Lead
We are looking for a QA Lead to take our QA team to the next level. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on analyst to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, owning the QA process from start to finish.
MUST HAVES
- Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of both automated and manual test plans and test cases
- Has strong knowledge of automated testing and has worked in a continuous integration environment
- Is willing to roll up their sleeves and work with grit
- Has strong experience with regression, smoke, integration and performance testing
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop a process to triage inbound bug reports and reproduce reported issues
- Can develop KPI’s and metrics for our QA efforts
- Mentor and grow a motivated team of QA testers
- Think independently and love sharing your technical knowledge with others
- Educates others in Engineering and Product on testing and QA
- Work well with a multidisciplinary team, and communicate actively
- Has led a team of 2+ QA testers
NICE TO HAVES
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, etc.
- 4+ years of QA testing and automation experience
- Healthcare experience
- Application security testing expertise
- Performance/load testing expertise
