Jackpocket is seeking a QA Engineer to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with development, product, and design teams to maintain quality of all applications and systems
Streamline the QA process across all mobile clients and backend
Manually test new product features and report all bugs
Investigate incoming bug reports
Ensure deployment of new features/updates are done in a timely manner
Proactively optimize current processes and practices
Write documentation for processes and requirements
Track and manage testing metrics
Manage release process

Requirements:

3+ years experience as a QA Analyst
1+ years experience working in a Continuous Integration environment
Experience testing native iOS and Android apps, as well as web based applications
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail

Desirables:

Worked in a B2C mobile product environment
Interest in lottery or igaming
Experience with JIRA, Git, and Testrail (or similar alternatives)
Experience using the Terminal
