Position Overview
We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team! As we grow our go-to-market teams, we’re looking to bring in an experienced admin sooner than later, and you will own a key role in the building, maintaining, and scaling our CRM system. You will lead the charge in creating a best-in-class Salesforce instance where its users are happy and the right data is captured, makes sense, and is being looked at and utilized, ultimately informing the executive team to make data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and deploy new business processes that improve efficiency and productivity for the teams using Salesforce
- Handle basic administrative functions including user management, profile and roles management, system backups, and other routine tasks.
- Understand and orchestrate the intake and output of Salesforce data, along with our internal systems that are integrated to Salesforce
- Maintain the highest standard of data hygiene
- Update and maintain documentation of our Salesforce instance and systems integrated to Salesforce
- Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver on their Salesforce needs, both from a leadership and individual contributor perspective
- Project manage incoming requests and communicate change effectively
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience in a B2B high-growth organization
- Familiarity with Workflows, Process Builder, and Object Management (including Custom Objects)
- Creative critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- A track record of excellent project management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills
- Bonus: ADM-201/ADX-201 certification
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo
