SaaS Ops Engineer

What You'll Do
The Engineer will join the SaaS Ops team within Enterprise Engineering to help govern IT operations by supporting and continually enhancing the use and security of our productivity tools. Responsibilities include SaaS administration, engineering solutions, and evolving core technologies. In addition, you'll also:
- Focus on researching, implementing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting core corporate SaaS applications
- Integrate and automate SaaS systems to increase value and adoption
- Create, organize and maintain a detailed knowledge base rich in content, related to all core systems/technology in scope
- Serve as a user advocate when appropriate and engage other teams while managing and/or escalating issues through resolution
- Help grow and mentor the IT Support team focusing on technical skills and best practices
- Provide insight on trends requiring proactive action to offer solutions to customers for upcoming corporate requirements
This is an exciting opportunity to join the SaaS Ops team within the Enterprise Engineering organization. Our core SaaS applications include Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zendesk, and Okta. Day to day work will involve collaborating with the other teams in Enterprise Engineering offering exposure to everything from network engineering to building cloud infrastructure with code.
Who You Are
You're a current SaaS Ops professional and/or have experience managing large scale corporate SaaS applications. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact. You’re an enabler and a doer.
- You have an understanding of IdP, SAML, SCIM, and API integrations
- You are comfortable and have a familiarity with modern development practices and the development lifecycle with experience using Scrum, Kanban, other agile methodologies
- You have a strong understanding of Google Workspace administration and configuration
- You demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional colleagues and IT relying on an ability to communicate complex systems jargon into terms our employees, managers, and leaders can understand

Extra Credit
- You have experience automating SaaS application data flows via a scripting language
- You have experience with endpoint management including Jamf or Microsoft Intune
- You have experience with Active Directory
