The Role
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement activity of our Salesforce instance with a core focus on the sales cloud. The successful candidate will have a track record of supporting and improving business processes through configuring, testing, and deploying standard salesforce functionality and enhancement requests. The administrator will work closely with the Revenue Planning and Operations team alongside functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new functionality to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with ~200 users.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflows, profiles, page layouts, approval processes, connected Force.com applications, internal/external audit, reports, and dashboards.
- Complete regular internal system audits and plans for upgrades as part of the Salesforce release roadmap.
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations including, but not limited to, ZoomInfo, Census, Tray.io, Zendesk, Hubspot, DocuSign CLM, Mixmax, and Ringcentral.
- Evaluation, scope, complete, and report on projects that involve Salesforce and related systems.
- Responsible for ongoing process documentation, assisting with development initiatives, platform-related communications to internal customers, and change/release management activities.
- Developing and implementing benchmark KPIs to monitor and report to internal/external stakeholders.
- Work with Training and Enablement Manager to ensure total adoption of Salesforce.com across the organization.
- Act as a key internal systems business partner alongside the GTM Ops team to design, architect, and implement functionality to meet business needs.
- Plans and leads all Salesforce application work streams and integrations that connect to the platform.

Salesforce Administrator Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator for a B2B software company with an instance of Salesforce that has a minimum of 100 users.
- Salesforce Admin Certification, Platform App Builder certification
- Extensively demonstrated experience managing environments (Development, Test, and Production) and testing strategy to migrate change sets to production as part of Change Management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, AppExchange)
Additional Desired Skills or Experience
- Experiencing managing Apex (classes, controllers, and triggers) and SOQL queries.
- Experience managing Revenue Cloud implementations
- Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification or requisite Superbadges
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification or requisite Superbadges
- Service Cloud Consultant Certification or requisite Superbadges
- Previous experience in a RevOps, SalesOps, DevOps role managing full platform lifecycle
