About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet is seeking a full time Salesforce Administrator to manage, develop and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform in order to ensure continued efficiency and productivity for Quartet’s operational teams while increasing the level of service we provide. The position reports into Quartet’s Product Team and works cross functionally to ensure Salesforce workflows match and meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. The candidate must be self-driven and have the ability to translate business requirements and technical specifications into a functioning solution for rapid development. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient with various configuration aspects of Salesforce including developing and building reports, dashboards, workflows, automations, profiles, page layouts, and permission sets. The candidate will be responsible for providing recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, operational efficiency, internal business processes, and reporting. This individual must be committed to solving problems, providing assistance to the user base, and it is essential that they have a diligent work ethic. The ability to collaborate with others as a team player is a must.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Manage fields/relationships, workflow rules, process builders and triggers
  • Analyze existing platform in order to create and maintain best practices
  • Develop and maintain best business processes, automations and workflows to increase operational efficiency and productivity
  • Provide Day to Day Helpdesk support to existing and new users
  • Train and assist new users with onboarding and platform utilization; develop training plans, materials, and documentation for platform users, keep materials up-to-date
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
  • Assess, cleanse, and maintain quality for all Salesforce date
  • Work with the development and support teams to manage and maintain the QA and release tools and processes
  • Assist in evaluating and configuring third party integrations with Salesforce

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years prior Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Knowledge of custom-developed functionality in Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce security and record sharing including profiles, permission sets and sharing rules
  • Experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and ProcessBuilders
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Be a self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with agile teams
  • Experience with configuring third party telephony integrations with Salesforce
  • Nice to have: SFDC developer certification
