Security Reliability Engineer
About Eden Health
Eden Health provides simple, tech-enabled primary care sold directly to employers. Our users enjoy immediate access to care over the Eden Health app, in our private clinics, and directly in their offices. We have transformed healthcare from an unpleasant necessity to a delightful experience focused on improving the lives of patients. The proof is in the outcomes; when companies work with us they have healthier workforces, increased productivity, and reduced healthcare costs.
What you will be doing
We are looking for curious, pragmatic and capable reliability (aka DevSecOps) engineers who want to see the outcome of their work create safer and more reliable systems for our Care Team, and our Patients. You will join a small team of specialized reliability engineers that is laying the foundation of Eden Health’s future. Our reliability engineers work closely with other engineering teams, product management, technical operations, and clinical teams to define problems and build effective solutions.
You will join in on ownership of the engineering discipline: working to build not only our products, but our culture and processes. You will level up our security posture, and ensure every project we do is characterized by safety and resilience. You will not be hesitant to jump in and fix things because you take responsibility for sustainable engineering. Technical problem solving appeals to you, but you will also create space for your colleagues to demonstrate the same. We all learn and grow to achieve goals that can never fit in a job description.
