We are looking to hire a  Senior Back-end Engineer with Python and Kubernetes skills to join our engineering team. You will be working directly with our CTO shaping the features of our core product.

Are you a fit for the role?

• You are based in New York or can work remotely from elsewhere in the US (preferably within GMT-4 timezone).
• You have an expert level (5+ years) working experience with Python and Django or similar framework. 
• You are looking for an exciting and technically advanced project that has real impact on how software engineers collaborate worldwide.
• You have working experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• You are an expert at building with Restful APIs.
• You feel comfortable with DevOps processes and have experience with CI/CD deployment processes.
• You are experienced with TDD and relevant testing frameworks.
• You love sharing your knowledge with your team and the open source community.
• You enjoy working in an agile environment.
• You have strong initiative and self-starter mentality to drive things with a high sense of ownership.‍

In this role you will be expected to:

• Deliver high quality, unique and standardized code.
• Work in service-oriented teams on our main product core elements.
• Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies and their applicability with our stack.
• Share knowledge with other team members and the community.
