As a senior backend engineer on our Project Delivery team, you will build ambitious web applications that can easily expand to support different business services while ensuring an intuitive and seamless project delivery experience for all services teams. You'll work closely with users, engineers, product managers, and designers to arrive at the best solution, immediately see the impact of your work, and get feedback directly from users. We're looking for people interested in building software systems to an incredibly high standard, comfortable working across multiple languages, and learning new technologies as needed.

You will:

• Write high-quality code in backend languages such as Kotlin, Java, etc.
• Work with front end engineers to build our next-generation project delivery experience
• Be responsible for the design and implementation of one or more technical areas
• Help with system performance tuning

You might be a fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of industry experience
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
• Possess strong architectural experience (Ex. Microservice Architecture)

Bonus points if you: 

• Have worked with message broker technology (Rabbitmq)
• Are familiar with RDBM systems (Postgres)
• Are knowledgeable about Unix/systems
• Has experience working with AWS
• Understand modern web framework or library (Spring, React, etc.)
